Shuang Zhao’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions.

Shuang has extensive experience representing Chinese corporate clients and investment banks on capital markets transactions in the United States and Hong Kong. She also regularly advises companies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, M&A and litigation matters.

Shuang joined the firm as a partner in 2015. Prior to Cleary, she was a partner in the Hong Kong office of Shearman & Sterling LLP.
