Sierra Blazer’s practice focuses on the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, private credit, and infrastructure funds.
Sierra joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining Cleary, she was associate general counsel at a middle market private equity and private credit firm where she served as in-house funds counsel. She also previously worked as assistant vice president in the legal and compliance department at a major international asset manager, and she started her career as an associate in the private funds group at another major international law firm.
