Horowitz delivered a presentation entitled “Setting the Stage: Workout Issues in Hospitality Assets — Owner and Lender Perspectives” at ALI-ABA’s “Managing Hospitality Assets Through the Downturn: Operations, Management, and Financing Workshop.”  Mr. Horowitz also participated in a panel discussion entitled “Strategies to Stabilize, Restructure, or Reposition.”
