Trust and Corporate Transactions: A Legal and Tax Overview
Although primarily used by individuals for asset managing and estate planning, trusts also have a wide variety of applications in corporate transactions: in our meeting we discussed with Alberto Lupoi, Gianluca Russo, and Fabio Gassino the legal and tax implications of this instrument and its application in a commercial context.
