Cleary Breakfast: Cram-down of Tax Claims in Judicial Composition Proceedings
June 3, 2021
In December 2020, the insolvency law was amended to introduce the power of the court to cram down tax claims, i.e. to ratify a judicial composition with creditors (concordato preventivo) even if the Tax Administration does not approve the restructuring proposal. We discussed these latest developments and the future perspectives in light of the new Insolvency Code with Andrea Caravita di Toritto.
The webinar was part of the Cleary Breakfast series.
