Recent legislation on corporate distress and insolvency: capital reductions, restructuring of tax claim and certain changes to the new, upcoming Italian Insolvency Code.
Law No. 178 of December 30, 2020, innovated the provisions contained in the Liquidity Decree (“Decreto Liquidità”) on capital reductions. We discussed the latest amendments to the new Italian Insolvency Code, together with the recent rules on the restructuring of tax claims, with Fabio Gassino and Filippo Maria Turci.
