Cleary Gottlieb partner Arthur Kohn and counsel Mary Alcock participated in PLI’s Pension Plan Investments 2019: Current Perspectives.

Arthur was the co-chair of the event. Mary spoke on a panel entitled, “Current Plan Investment Issues.” The panel discussed the following topics:

  • VFCP and plan asset funds
  • 401(k) investment in private equity
