On December 12, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb partner Maurits Dolmans appeared as a speaker at the Policy Dinner of the European Committee for Interoperable Systems (ECIS). Mr. Dolman’s lecture was entitled “Head in the Cloud, Feet Firmly on the Ground” and focused on cloud computing and the European digital policy.
