On October 30, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb’s Milan and Rome offices hosted a seminar entitled Put and Call Options and Shareholders’ Agreements: Issues under Italian Law (Opzioni di acquisto e vendita di partecipazioni societarie e patti parasociali). Speakers at the seminar will include senior attorney Stefano De Dominicis and associate Vanessa Tisci. The seminar will be in Italian.
