On April 27, 2011, Cleary Gottlieb’s Rome and Milan offices hosted a seminar entitled “The EU and Italian Leniency Programs: The Way towards Repentance” (I programmi di clemenza europeo e italiano: la via del pentimento). Cleary Gottlieb counsel Matteo Beretta and associate Patrick Marco Ferrari appeared at the event.

The seminar was held in Italian. Two credits were awarded under the Italian Continuing Legal Education Program. 2 credits were awarded under the New York Bar CLE Program.
