On March 14, 2014, Cleary Gottlieb’s Milan and Rome offices hosted a seminar entitled The New Consob Regulation on Sanctioning Proceedings (“Il nuovo regolamento sul procedimento sanzionatorio della Consob nel difficile confronto tra diritto di difesa e speditezza dell’azione amministrativa”). Speakers at the seminar included partner Pietro Fioruzzi. The seminar was held in Italian.
