Cleary Gottlieb represented international investment firm Bonum Capital in the acquisition of 16% of shares in Koks PJSC from its shareholder Viktoria Kazak.
The transaction ended a long-lasting shareholder conflict between minority shareholder Viktoria Kazak and majority shareholder Yevgeny Zubitsky.
