Cleary Gottlieb Named 2020 Italian Media Firm of the Year by TopLegal

Cleary Gottlieb was named “Italian Media Firm of the Year” at the 2020 TopLegal Industry Awards.

The nomination panel noted that “the team’s experience in litigation, with the authorities as well as with other players in the market, won the panel’s approval. It assisted Vivendi on multiple fronts in the ongoing dispute with Mediaset.”

TopLegal covers the Italian legal market. The shortlist and the final award for each category were determined by TopLegal and a panel composed of the general counsel of leading Italian companies, as well as professionals from the worlds of finance and business.
