Cleary Gottlieb Named No. 1 for Antitrust in 2023 GCR 100

Cleary Gottlieb’s antitrust practice was ranked No. 1 among the “Global Elite” by Global Competition Review in the 2023 edition of the GCR 100.

Ranking the firm No. 1 for litigation for the fifth time, No. 2 for merger control, and No. 2 for cartels, GCR said the firm “houses the world’s finest competition litigation group,” has “an almost peerless merger control practice,” and “a formidable conduct practice.”

Cleary was ranked as “Elite” in GCR’s jurisdiction rankings for Brussels, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Washington, D.C. The firm’s other country rankings include “Highly Recommended” in France and “Recommended” in Belgium.
