Cleary Gottlieb has been named the top M&A advisor in Latin America by Latinvex.

Advising on 13 deals worth with an announced total value of $9.1 billion in 2022, Cleary earned the No. 1 spot in Latinvex’s annual ranking of international law firms.

Latinvex highlighted Cleary’s notable work representing Fintech Holdings in its sale of 100% of their equity interest in SETA and Aerodrome to Vinci; Vale, Dongkuk, and Posco in the sale of CSP to ArcelorMittal; Ontex in the sale of its Mexican business activities to Softys; and CNP Assurances in its purchase of five companies in Brazil from Caixa Seguridade and Icatu.
