Cleary Gottlieb won the prestigious “U.S. Law Firm in Europe” award for the second year in a row at the International Tax Review awards ceremony held on May 24 at the Dorchester Hotel in London. Nik Mehta accepted the award on behalf of the firm. Other Cleary Gottlieb lawyers who attended the event included Michael McDonald, Edward Saad and Russell Jones.
International Tax Review, published by Euromoney Legal Media Group, is a monthly publication that covers news and analysis on tax-related issues that are of interest to multinational corporations.
Cleary Gottlieb was also short-listed for the “French Tax Firm of the Year” award, which the firm won in 2005.
