On December 1, Cleary Gottlieb senior counsel Dirk Vandermeersch was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Belgian Competition Authority.
The award was presented at the close of a seminar organized by Cleary partner Isabel Rooms entitled, “A Conversation With Dirk.” On hand to deliver laudatory speeches were The President of the Belgian Competition Authority, Jacques Steenbergen, and its Prosecutor General and Cleary alumnus Damien Gerard (2011-2016; Brussels).
