Cleary Gottlieb represented Looping Group in the financing of its acquisition of Drayton Manor Park by the issuance of fungible bonds for an amount in principal of circa €11 million.
Drayton Manor Park is a theme park, zoo, and accommodation in the grounds of the former Drayton Manor in Drayton Bassett, Staffordshire, England, UK, and hosts about 1.5 million people each year. It is the fourth-largest amusement park in the United Kingdom by land area. The park has been rebranded Drayton Manor Resort after completion of the acquisition, which closed on August 3, 2020.
