Republic of Argentina’s €2.5 Billion Bond Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the Republic of Argentina in a euro Regulation S-only bond offering of an aggregate €2.5 billion.

The transaction launched on September 27, priced on October 5 and closed on October 12, 2016, and it yielded two series of bonds: 3.875 percent bonds due 2022 and 5.000 percent bonds due 2027.
