Cleary Gottlieb represented Stanley Ventures, the venture capital arm of Stanley Black & Decker Inc., in its entry into a minority equity investment in ConnectMyEV, Inc.

Stanley invested in a Series A Round that signed and closed on February 14, 2018.

ConnectMyEV develops technology to provide hands-free conductive charging systems for electric vehicles.
