Total Capital International in $1.5 Billion SEC-registered Note Offering

Cleary Gottlieb acted as counsel to the underwriters in connection with Total Capital International’s SEC-registered offering of $1.5 billion 1.550% notes guaranteed by Total S.A. due 2017. The transaction, which closed on June 28, was managed by Barclays, Morgan Stanley and RBS.
