Cleary Gottlieb represented a consortium of Winter Capital, VNV Global, and UNIQA Ventures in the fourth investment round in BestDoctor.
The transaction was signed and closed on May 21, 2021. Other notable existing investors into BestDoctor include funds Target Global and AddVenture.
