The terms of the UK’s exit from the EU and the UK’s post-exit relationship with the EU will not be known for some time. Although it is therefore too early to predict the long-term impact of the “Leave” vote on businesses operating in the UK, this memorandum seeks to answer some of the immediate key questions it raises.
