He advises boards of directors, management teams, and investors on strategic transactions and corporate governance matters, with significant experience representing companies in the technology sector.

Chris was named a 2025 “Dealmaker of the Year” by The Recorder and has been recognized as a leading advisor by numerous industry publications and directories, including Chambers USA and Legal 500 U.S.
