Nicola Duemler’s practice focuses on intellectual property, technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and commercial matters.

Nicola advises leading multinational corporations, private equity firms, and high-growth companies on the IP, AI, data, and commercial contracts aspects of significant corporate, commercial and licensing transactions.

She also provides extensive advice on emerging technologies and related regulation, particularly with respect to AI (including the EU AI Act).

Nicola joined the firm in 2022 and has previously been on secondment to a global consumer healthcare leader’s M&A transactions and IP licensing team in London.
