Prudence Buckland’s practice focuses on commercial transactions involving technology, data and intellectual property.
She regularly advises on major projects such as outsourcings, collaborations, IP licensing, and complex procurements. She also provides extensive advice on emerging technologies and related regulation, including with respect to artificial intelligence, data sharing, and digital services.
Prudence joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Cleary, she practiced at leading international law firms in London and Australia. She also worked as a legal advisor at an Australian Government agency.
