Prudence Buckland’s practice focuses on technology and outsourcing projects, and commercial transactions involving technology, data, and intellectual property.

Prudence regularly advises on complex separation and transformation projects, collaborations, licensing and services arrangements, and outsourcings and procurements. She also provides extensive advice on emerging technologies and related regulation, including with respect to artificial intelligence, data sharing, and digital services.

Prudence joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Cleary, she practiced at leading international law firms in London and Australia. Prudence also worked as a legal advisor at an Australian Government agency.
