ClearyX – Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support digital marketing initiatives.

This is an ideal role for a digitally-savvy professional early in their career, eager to drive online growth in a dynamic legal technology environment. The position is remote and reports to the Vice President of Client Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing and awareness campaigns.
  • Optimise the website, implementing SEO best practices and conversion rate processes.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms, including lead-nurturing sequences and client communications.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics and digital marketing KPIs to optimise content strategy and ROI.
  • Utilise Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation tools to measure campaign effectiveness.

Other areas of focus

  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including sponsorships, conferences, and client events.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as capability decks, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client meeting briefs.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral and the website using Adobe, Canva, and WordPress.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
  • Support the graphic design lead in producing social media graphics and design projects.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing initiatives and ongoing projects as required.

What you need to bring

You’re early in your marketing career and ready to join a growing business in the legal technology space. We need someone who is:

  • Experienced and can offer a fresh perspective: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications. Holds a degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A clear communicator – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems, content management tools, WordPress, SEO Optimization, and graphic design tools like Adobe or Canva is beneficial.
  • A team player: collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • Client-focused: you naturally think about what our clients need and how our marketing can serve them better.
  • Interested in legal innovation: excited to learn how emerging technologies like AI are shaping the legal industry.
