IT Hardware & Software Support Technician (M/F)
The IT Hardware & Software Support Technician (M/F) is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-user technical support across hardware, software, and connectivity solutions within a fast-paced, international law firm environment.
Working closely with local users, international colleagues, and specialized IT teams, they ensure the seamless operation, deployment, and maintenance of Windows workstations, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 environments, while maintaining strict adherence to internal service level agreements (SLAs) and legal tech standards.

Your Role
- We are looking for an IT Hardware & Software Support Technician (M/F) to provide support to users in an international environment.
- You will handle all aspects of on-site and remote support, ensuring a high level of service quality.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users (remotely and on-site).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and peripherals (monitors, printers, phones, etc.).
- Prepare and deploy new IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts and access rights in Microsoft environments.
- Track requests via the ticket management tool while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams when necessary.
- Document support interactions and contribute to expanding the knowledge base.
- Participate in managing the IT asset inventory.
- Contribute to projects involving the deployment and improvement of IT services.
Your Profile
- You hold at least a BTS in IT or equivalent training (two years of post-secondary education).
- You have proven experience in IT support or service desk roles.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- You know how to set up and maintain iOS devices (iPhone, iPad).
- You have a good understanding of Active Directory and networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Knowledge of tools such as Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, ITSM ticketing systems, document management systems (DMS), collaboration tools, and AI needed.
