Cleary Gottlieb partner Jim Bromley participated in a first ever multijurisdictional mock trial exercise at the 17th Annual Conference of the International Insolvency Institute in London.

Jim and Andy Dietderich of Sullivan & Cromwell argued a Chapter 15 recognition case before Judge Shelley Chapman of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York. Two London barristers, Tony Zacoroli QC and Robert Miles QC, argued the UK elements of the same case before Justice Richard Snowden of the London High Court.
