On November 6, 2014, Cleary Gottlieb partners James Duncan and Erika W. Nijenhuis participated in the Fall Tax Seminar sponsored by Wall Street Tax Educational Corp. in co-sponsorship with Wall Street Tax Association. Mr. Duncan spoke on a panel titled “OECD / BEPS” in which topics including BEPS reports on interest and risk & capital and financial transactions tax were discussed. Ms. Nijenhuis spoke on a panel titled “Financial Products” in which recent developments in the taxation of financial products and transactions were discussed.
