Cleary Gottlieb partner Naomi Tarawali participated in the British Institute of International and Comparative Law’s 2nd Annual Africa Arbitration Day, which was coordinated with Queen Mary University of London and Babcock University.
Naomi spoke on the panel, “The Need to Reform Processes for Resolving Investment Disputes in Africa,” which discussed maintaining, reforming, or abandoning the ISDS system for resolving Investor-State disputes involving African States.
