On April 7, 2016, Cleary Gottlieb partner Leah Brannon participated in the 64th ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting. Leah was part of a panel discussion titled, “Telemedicine: Are Old Definitions Restricting Competition?” The panel debated the scope of the “state action” defense and the pending Teladoc v. Texas Medical Board case, which challenges restrictions on telehealth adopted by the Texas Medical Board.
