Cleary Gottlieb counsel Mary Alcock was a speaker on two panels at the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting 2017 on April 6 and April 8, 2017.
Mary was part of a panel discussion entitled “Oversight Responsibilities Of Bank Directors” which discussed the corporate law responsibilities of directors of bank and bank holding companies, the heightened standards imposed on bank directors by bank regulators, and best practices for board oversight in the banking industry.
She was also a speaker in the “The Evolving Ethics Of Incentive Compensation” panel which covered issues of ethics and incentive compensation programs.
