Cleary Gottlieb partners Leah Brannon, Bruce Hoffman, and Blair Matthews will participate in the American Bar Association’s 74th Annual Antitrust Law Spring Meeting, bringing together international antitrust and competition, consumer protection, and data privacy enforcers and professionals.

Leah will speak on the panel, “Talent or Takeover? New Deals in Tech & AI,” analyzing pro- and anticompetitive effects of these transactions, and why competition authorities worldwide are increasingly scrutinizing their impact on innovation and competition.

Bruce will speak on the panel, “AI, Algorithms, and Antitrust – Enforcement Trends,” exploring enforcement and litigation trends relating to collusion, merger review, and market power with perspectives from the U.S., EU, UK, and Brazil.

Blair will speak on the panel “Fundamentals – Antitrust,” discussing the core elements of U.S. laws and institutions, basic economic principles, and competition law outside the U.S.
