Cleary Gottlieb partner Francesca Odell moderated a panel discussion at Nasdaq, “Brazil’s Dynamic Capital Markets: Developments and Trends,” which was organized by the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce.
The panel explored the IPO process, different aspects of what goes into the decision to go public including the business environment, and differences between Brazilian and international offerings.
