On May 19-20, 2016, Cleary Gottlieb partner Robin Bergen participated in the Cambridge Forum on Financial Institutions Enforcement. The Forum is an annual by-invitation meeting of a small group of highly experienced litigators—outside counsel and in-house litigators—who advise financial institutions on enforcement matters. Drawn primarily from the United States and Europe, this group explores some of the most complex issues facing their clients.
