In June, 20 years after the introduction of Legislative Decree 231/2001, Confindustria updated the 2014 version of its guidelines on drafting 231 compliance models. The guidelines have always been the primary source of guidance for an effective 231 compliance model. Associates Alessandra Anselmi and Giulia Checcacci discussed the main changes in the new guidelines, also in light of the latest regulatory developments and case-law concerning Legislative Decree 231/2001. Antonio Matonti (Director of Legislative Affairs at Confindustria) gave introductory remarks.
