SHRD II: What Is New for Italian Listed Companies?
The Second Shareholders’ Rights Directive (SHRD II) aims at encouraging long-term shareholders’ engagement and increasing transparency between companies and investors. We discussed the main changes for Italian listed companies after the implementation of SHRD II, such as remuneration policies, shareholders’ identification, and proxy advisors.
