Cleary Gottlieb’s 2017 Pro Bono Appreciation Event

Cleary Gottlieb hosted its annual Pro Bono Appreciation event to celebrate attorneys on Cleary’s 2016 pro bono “honor roll” and thank the legal services organizations who provide opportunities and support for Cleary’s pro bono practice.

The pro bono honor roll recognizes Cleary attorneys who have dedicated 100 or more hours to pro bono or public service, or otherwise contributed in a meaningful way to the firm’s pro bono practice. 

Peter Goldberg, Esq., an alumnus of the firm and Executive Director of Brooklyn Community Bail Fund, served as the keynote speaker at the event.

In 2016, Cleary lawyers logged over 70,000 hours worldwide to pro bono legal services and public service efforts.
