On October 24, 2014, Cleary Gottlieb partner George Cary spoke at “Antitrust in Emerging and Developing Countries,” organized by Concurrences law journal and New York University School of Law. The full-day program covered numerous jurisdictions, including China, Brazil, India, Mexico and South Africa. Mr. Cary spoke on a panel titled, “Mergers: Thinking Locally and Globally.” The event was held at New York University’s Law School as apart of the NYU School of Law and Concurrences Competition Law Journal Conference.
