On November 10, 2011, Cleary Gottlieb’s Rome and Milan offices hosted a seminar entitled “Corporate Transactions and Italian Tax Law” (“Operazioni societarie e diritto tributario”). Speakers at the event were senior attorney Paola Albano and associate Gianluca Russo. The seminar was held in Italian.
2 credits were awarded under the Italian Continuing Legal Education Program. New York CLE Credit (2 credits) were available only for those who attended in person.
