Cleary Gottlieb associate Andrea Mantovani spoke at a conference on “Data Protection Matters Under the New EU Data Protection Rules (GDPR),” which took place in Como at the Università degli Studi dell’Insubria.
The conference included discussions, carried out by academics, officials from the Italian Data Protection Authority, and Swiss and Italian lawyers, on the rules introduced by GDPR and its implementation in Italy.
