Cleary Gottlieb associates Alessandro Carpi and Camilla Cozzani will participate in the European State Aid Law Institute’s Spring Forum 2026.

Alessandro and Camilla will speak on the procedural law panel and present their article “Actions for Failure to Act and the Right to Effective Judicial Protection: A Constitutionally Grounded Approach to Pre-Closure Letters in State Aid Proceedings.”
