Cleary Gottlieb partner Deborah North will participate in the 2026 Commodities Conference, hosted by FIA.

Deborah will moderate the panel, “Risks of Innovation: Assessing the Impact of 24/7 and Perpetuals on the Integrity of Benchmarks,” which will explore the implications for the integrity and reliability of commodity futures markets as derivatives exchanges move towards 24/7 trading and adopt new instruments such as perpetual futures.
