November 8 - 9, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb partners Robbert Snelders and François-Charles Laprévote appeared as a panelists at the 8th Annual Conference of the GCLC, “Competition Law in Times of Economic Crisis: In Need of Adjustment?” Mr. Snelders participated in the panel entitled “Merger Control in Times of Economic Crisis.” Mr. Laprévote participated in the panel entitled “Interaction Between New Financial Regulatory Measures and State Aid in the Financial Crisis.”
