IBA Annual Conference Copenhagen 2026

Cleary Gottlieb partner Polina Lyadnova will participate in the International Bar Association’s annual Copenhagen conference.

Polina will speak on the panel, “Negotiation Power and Competing Plans in Corporate Restructurings,” which will examine how restructuring frameworks shape the allocation of negotiation power among debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders throughout the reorganization process.
