Cleary Gottlieb associate Katie Gonzalez participated in the IBA Annual Litigation Forum: Litigation in the Digital Era – Challenges and Opportunities, organized by the International Bar Association.
Katie spoke in the Young Litigators Seminar, “How to Crack Expert Evidence – You Be the Judge.” The session focused on how to cross-examine experts, based on a hypothetical supported by materials. The attendees were invited to read the materials in advance, to acquaint themselves with the case, and thus follow the seminar more effectively.
