IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration

Cleary Gottlieb partner Laurie Achtouk-Spivak will participate in the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration event.

The event is organised under the auspices of the IBA by the Bar Academy of the Slovenian Bar Association (OZS), the Ljubljana Regional Bar Association of the OZS and Fatur Menard, together with the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, in cooperation with the Ljubljana Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia.
