Cleary Gottlieb partner Adrian Leipsic participated in IBA’s 31st Annual Conference on the Globalisation of Investment Funds.
Adrian moderated the panel, “Trends in Private Equity Funds,” which discussed current terms for private equity and other closed ended funds, including fee levels and structures. Participants examined the viewpoints of general partners, sponsors, and limited partner investors, with respect to economic terms, governance, and other hot topics.
