ICN Merger Workshop, 2025

Cleary Gottlieb’s partner, Frédéric de Bure, attended the ICN Merger Workshop on October 16, 2025. 

Frédéric moderated the panel on “Increasing the scope of analysis of competitive parameters in merger assessment.” alongside Calistar Dzenga (Chief Economist, Competition and Tariff Commission, Zimbabwe), Teresa Vecchi (Head of Unit, European Commission) and Dr. Prishnee Armoogum (Mauritian Competition Commission).
